Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the Player must place total wagers of PKR 30,000 using the bonus funds before any withdrawal is permitted.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
